HSA Preferred Plan

The HSA plan is FREE to all full-time employees, and $15 per check per enrolled dependant. The HSA Preferred plan offers deductibles of $1750 for individuals, and $3500 for families.
If you're enrolled in the HSA plan, you can also choose to contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA) to help pay for healthcare expenses not covered by your plan. Check out the HSA page to learn more.

PPO Medical Plan
The PPO plan is $35 per person enrolled per paycheck. It offers deductibles and requires copays when receiving treatment.
If you're enrolled in the PPO plan, you can also choose to contribute to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to help pay for healthcare expenses not covered by your plan. Check out the FSA page to learn more.

Prescription Plan
If you're enrolled in one of Gossner Food's medical plans, you automatically have prescription drug coverage through SmithRx. Your prescriptions are subject to your medical deductible and may be paid with available HSA or FSA dollars.

Through SmithRx, many families may be able to obtain medications at discounted rates through various SmithRx programs! If a SmithRx represntative contacts you, please respond so that there is no delay in obtaining your prescriptions.
