Gossner Foods is committed to offering a variety of medical benefits that provide generous coverage for both employees and their covered dependents. We offer two medical plans administered through UMR to fit your budget and needs.

HSA Preferred Plan

The HSA plan is FREE to all full-time employees, and $15 per check per enrolled dependant. The HSA Preferred plan offers deductibles. If you're enrolled in the HSA plan, you can choose to contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA) to help pay for healthcare expenses not covered by your plan. Check out the HSA page to learn more.

With the HSA Preferred Plan, you have the choice of two benefit tiers: Plan providers (in-network) and non-plan providers (out of network). The HSA option offers a large network of providers and specialists to choose from.

PPO Medical Plan

 


The PPO plan is $35 per person enrolled per paycheck. It offers deductibles and requires copays when receiving treatment. If you're enrolled in the PPO plan, you can choose to contribute to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to help pay for healthcare expenses not covered by your plan. Prescription Plan


If you're enrolled in one of Gossner Food's medical plans, you automatically have prescription drug coverage through OptumRx. Your prescriptions are subject to your medical deductible and may be paid with available HSA or FSA dollars.

Home delivery is also provided by OptumRx. Certain controlled substances and prescriptions that have expired will require a new prescription from a doctor.
